Serving industries for over 29 years with a vast experience in implementing and managing OH&S and Environmental standard requirements. Held various positions in HSE in and worked in manufacturing sectors including, Automobile, Nuclear power, Fertilizers and Chemicals, both in India and the Middle East. Currently associated with Coromandel International limited (Fertilizer & Chemicals), Hyderabad, India, as Corporate Head for HSE. Being a part of process industry have spent significant time in creating framework and implementing the Process Safety Management System and resolving the challenges faced in the process risk management. Currently, focused on the activities to manage the process safety enablers to propel PSMS. In addition, have been working on the safety culture enhancement, specific to behavior-based safety. The experience include skill set related to auditing, training, and managing ISO 45001, ISO 14001, RC 14001 and ISO 9001, Risk Management, Incident investigation & Root Cause Analysis, HAZOP studies, and Disaster management & Emergency Planning. Worked with various brown field projects managing safety & environmental requirements and served various SHE committees and mutual-aid teams established by industrial consortiums. Qualified IOSH, NEBOSH trainer and Safety & Environment System auditor
